Josh was great. I have owned 5 Harleys over the years but due to family health matters, have not been on a bike for a couple years. Given, I wasn't sure if I wanted to go back to a Nightster or Softail since I have owned and really like both. Josh was very patient with me given I made several trips to ask him questions and consider different bikes. With his help and knowledge, I finally bought a Nightster. He is certainly a no pressure salesman and I recommend him for anyone considering a bike. On top of that, everyone I met and dealt with there is very friendly and extremely professional.
