I walked in to look at a used 2020 street glide. I was just shopping around and I always hate going to Harley dealers for the simple reason that most bike sales guys act like theyre a tough guy or too cool to answer some basic questions. Joe came up to me with a friendly smile and answered my dumb questions about the bike, cause I havent had a bike in 14 years, and to put it quite plainly. Wasnt a DICK I told him I really appreciated that he took the time with me and I ended buying the bike. Thanks Joe! This is how you sell bikes.
