Joe sold my buddy a bike a few months back and while I would go to the store to visit stuck up several conversations with Joe and the crew at Arsenal. The follow up and staying true to their word on doing whatever they could to make me getting into a new Street Glide making sense made my experience with them one of the best Ive ever had in any customer experience setting.
